Integrity Circles are powerful, close-knit, coach‑facilitated groups where you can grow — personally and professionally — with accountability, wisdom, and connection. They are designed to help you align your life with integrity, purpose and joy — with weekly support to build momentum and create real, lasting change.
I created Integrity Circles because I’ve seen how transformative it can be to have a trusted space to reflect, reset, and take action — surrounded by people who really get it.
As a Certified Integrity Coach, I bring over 20 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, diplomacy, activism, and education, including facilitating groups like Integrity Circles. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of people around the world align their choices with their values, navigate major transitions, and create lives they’re proud of.
In your circle, I’ll guide you with my unique blend of life coaching, mindfulness, leadership expertise, and real‑world perspective — supporting and challenging you to grow in meaningful ways.

FAQ
What if I miss a session?
That’s okay — life happens. I’ll share the week’s prompts and exercises so you can stay caught up. To get the most out of the experience, though, I encourage you to attend live whenever possible.
What if you have to reschedule a session?
If I ever need to reschedule due to illness, travel, or an emergency, I’ll let the group know right away and extend the program so you still get all your sessions.
Do you offer a discount for younger members?
Yes — if you’re 30 or under, you qualify for the reduced rate. Just mention it on your application — no need to explain.
What if I’m nervous about sharing in a group?
That’s completely normal. Integrity Circles are small and supportive, and you set your own pace. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with.
Is this therapy?
No — this is a coach‑guided space for growth and connection, not therapy.
