Frequently Asked Questions
In case you were wondering...
What is Aligned & Unshakable™? How is it different from 1:1 coaching or Integrity Circles?
Aligned & Unshakable™ is my signature 8-week transformational program designed to help you realign your life, mindset, and habits with your core values and authentic self.
You can experience Aligned & Unshakable™ in a small group cohort (with peer support and community) or as a private, 1:1 coaching journey (for personalized, flexible support).
Integrity Circles are ongoing small-group spaces — great for continued accountability and growth, before or after the Aligned & Unshakable™ program, or if you want lighter support.
1:1 Coaching is private, flexible work tailored just to you.
If you’re unsure which to choose, just ask — I’m happy to help you find the best fit.
What’s the difference between an Integrity Coach (or Life Coach) and a therapist?

Great question! A therapist is trained to treat mental health challenges and help you develop coping and emotional skills to heal from the past.
As an Integrity Coach, I help you focus on the present and future — clarifying what really matters to you, setting meaningful goals, and moving past the obstacles holding you back. Together, we create a path forward that aligns with your deepest values, so you can live with more clarity, confidence, joy, and integrity.
I’m also a Certified Professional Life Coach, trained in a variety of approaches to tailor our work to your specific needs and goals.

Do you meet in person, on the phone, or online?

If you’re in the Boston or South Shore area, we can meet in person if you prefer.
Otherwise, we can work by phone or video (FaceTime, Zoom) — whatever’s most convenient for you.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Absolutely! I work with clients all over the world and will find a time that works for both of us. Video and WhatsApp are ideal for international sessions.

What does it mean to live a life of integrity?
Living with integrity means making choices that reflect your deepest values — and being true to your word, both with yourself and with others.
It means being able to look yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and feel proud of who you are and how you’re showing up in the world.

Why is living with integrity important for creating joy?
When you live aligned with your values:
-
You feel calmer and clearer about your direction.
-
You judge yourself (and others) less harshly.
-
You build healthier, more meaningful connections.
-
You stop second‑guessing and start feeling confident in your choices.
-
You open the door to more love, joy, and peace in your daily life.
Integrity is the foundation of joy — and together, they transform everything.

How do I know which program is right for me?
-
If you want a complete reset and proven step-by-step process, Aligned & Unshakable™ is the best place to start (choose group or private 1:1).
-
If you want ongoing support and community after a program—or prefer a lighter group format — Integrity Circles are a great fit.
-
If you prefer total privacy, flexibility, or have specific challenges you want to tackle, 1:1 Coaching may be best.

My programs are open and welcoming to people from all backgrounds, ages, and identities. If you’re curious and committed to your own growth, you’ll fit right in.
(I also offer a special Integrity Circle for young men ages 18–30.)
