Education Consulting

As a teacher in and, for eight years, director of an innovative lab school, I had the pleasure and unique opportunity to explore new ways to engage and empower students, giving all students the opportunity to develop the skills and mindset to be successful in their professional and personal lives. Through a unique blend of innovation and personalization in the classroom, fostering strong relationships and a shared sense of community, and an emphasis on both EQ and advanced intellectual skills, my colleagues and I were able to offer students an experience that was often transformational.

I am particularly interested in disruptive innovation — how technology, use of space, social and emotional learning, and structural reforms can spark new approaches toward pedagogy and student engagement. I enjoy working with educators and leaders to harness the disruptive power of AI to transform the classroom experience for students of all ages.

I have been so fortunate to work with and learn from and with some incredible educators and students over the years! I am thrilled to be able to work with new schools, leaders and educators on the same journey!
